Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and organise office supplies, ensuring that all materials are readily available.
- Utilise Zoho CRM for job tracking, parts ordering, ensuring smooth progress of jobs from first contact to shipping. .
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Manage communication / liaison both verbal and electronic between us; Our Customers and Our Suppliers.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Support various administrative functions as required to enhance office efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with clerical tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in using office equipment and computerised systems to enhance productivity.
- Some ability to speak Italian would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,568.00-£24,903.00 per year
