Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Meet agreed budgeted sales targets for the Branch sales development plan
- Pricing - Ensure agreed pricing policy is applied to live enquiries where future business can be obtained
- Continually monitor market price levels and report to Branch Manager and Business Manager
- Sets and reviews sales development plan to achieve business objectives with Branch Manager
- Recognises problems/poor sales performance and takes steps to address it with Branch Manager
Account Management
- Proactively maintain and support designated accounts.
- Communicates our commitment to value added customer service
Skills and experience:
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility - the ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most is crucial.
- Tact, discretion, and good judgment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Skilled at providing pragmatic and commercial advice.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proactive and able to use own initiative.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 40 hours per week, providing a stable schedule with weekends free for your leisure. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.
