Your Duties:
- The primary focus of the equip Programme’s Testing Team will be working in conjunction with Finance, Payroll, Human Resource and Procurement and Logistic functions to provide test activities to verify and validate the new Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Working with functional experts and end users to prepare test scenarios, scripts, and data, ensuring there is traceability of testing against business requirements and that testing methods are consistent with the Programme Test Strategy over all test types.
- Ensuring all programme test deliverables are reviewed and signed-off by appropriate stakeholders.
- Supporting all testing execution and co-ordination, working closely with end users and Solution Integrators.
- Daily status reporting., defect/bug suitability, tracking and reporting.
- Configuration and maintenance of appropriate test and quality tooling required to deliver the testing function.
- Analyse user requirements and facilitate the design, implementation, development, documentation, testing and support of complex ICT solutions.
- Work with software suppliers in the development and implementation of solutions.
- Lead in the testing and review of products and solutions.
- Work with and monitor vendors/suppliers in relation to performance, change requests etc.
- Provide ICT technical expertise, feedback and guidance to service users and Key Stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- A university degree in a computer science related discipline or equivalent recognised ICT professional qualification AND 2 years relevant experience.
OR
- An HND in a computer science related discipline or equivalent recognised ICT qualification AND 3 years relevant experience.
OR
- 5 years relevant experience.
- *Relevant experience is defined as providing or supporting Programmes and Projects in a business environment. A business environment in this context includes ICT areas such as Programme/Project Office, application implementation, service delivery, software development & support; web design and development; communications and network support; and technical support services for infrastructure. Additionally, testing experience outside of Programmes and Projects will be considered.
Assignment Details:
- Digital Operations, Great Victoria Street, Belfast
- Full-time, Temporary.
- 9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week.
