Summary of Role
Overview:
The role is within an industry that is fast paced and continuously evolving and therefore requires you to be able to make quick changes to current processes in order to ensure the company delivers compliant information.
As an ECO Submissions administrator , your role is to review and ensure the compliance of ECO measures, along with under taking the administration duties to submit all paperwork to the highest of standard with acute attention to detail. This will be completed by following our validation process and utilising the guidance documents in place, alongside our work systems to ensure accurate validation.
We are looking for someone who has a great eye for detail and is able to identify common issues as well as competently explain this in order for the error to be rectified first time. You will also need to be able to switch your focus from one set of requirements to another in order to ensure you are not requesting information that is not relevant.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the accuracy of your own and other team members paperwork
- Validation of daily ECO measures to a high-level ensuring targets and quality of checks are maintained
- Keeping up to date with latest ECO changes
- Issuing of queries to contractors and liaising with them to ensure a swift response ready for notification to Energy Suppliers
- Updating of CRM system to ensure accurate records are kept.
Skills and attributes
Essential
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, especially excel
- Previous Experience in Eco or a quality specialist role
- High attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to changes, especially where these effect the day to day processing of work
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the OFGEM ECO Guidance
- Able to work outside the stated working hours, this may include weekend working from time to time
- Use of a CRM Ecosurv system
Desirable
- Previous experience working for a utility company
- Experience working for an Eco Company
- Understanding of ECO4/GBIS Legislation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,838.00-£25,000.00 per year
