What You 'll Do

• Lead with Excellence - Set the standard for warm, professional, and seamless client experiences.
• Be the Heart of the Salon - Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk in.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly - Maintain a stylish, organised, and professional front desk that reflects TONI&GUY’s high standards.
• Support & Develop the Team - Work alongside the Salon Manager to coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and foster a positive team culture.
• Problem-Solve & Innovate - Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and implement creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Maintain Operational Excellence - Ensure bookings, client flow, and administrative functions run seamlessly.

Experience Required

• A minimum of three years of Front of House management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least three years of salon experience , with a strong understanding of salon operations and client expectations.
