What you will do:

  • Supporting the Quality Operations of a Business Unit within the Discovery and Medical (D&M) OpCo.
  • Provide support for the Complaint Handling Program - working with manufacturing sites regarding complaint investigations and providing feedback to customers on individual complaints
  • Provide data and information to Discovery Quality Director, Business Unit Leaders, Product Managers for quality objectives, metrics, reporting and operating mechanisms (i.e., Ops Reviews)
  • Support the NPD programs and ensure that they meet the rigorous requirements of the Cytiva Design and Development process.
  • Participating in Business Unit support activities and projects to ensure that Quality are involved and providing input into planning processes.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Device Technology or Scientific Field (or High School diploma/GED)
  • Extensive professional experience and understanding of product development, manufacturing and quality assurance in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry, that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental quality principles and concepts.
  • Proven problem solving skills with the ability to demonstrate and utilise problem solving tools…
  • Effective report, business correspondence and procedure writing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable solutions to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
