Sous chef needed for busy family run pub to assist the Head Chef in day-to-day operations

Shift Pattern:
Wednesday- Saturday : 9hrs a day across a spilt shift
Sunday: 7hr lunch shift only.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef.
• Have prior experience with working with freshly prepared food.
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
