Painting contracts manager on new build developments in the Oxford area.

We have been established for 20 years in the Oxford area with multiple sites completed and ongoing where we have serviced several different developers in which we have formed a good reputation.

There is a opportunity for a contracts managers role within our workforce team.

Starting pay is £850.00 a week (Which is reviewed regularly) 8 hour working days Monday to Friday.

Key areas required:

Experience of working in the painting new build industry.

Positive, enthusiastic and reliable.

Understanding of Health & safety.

Quality checks.

Paint ordering

Good communicator.

Knowledge of communicating via emails and WhatsApp.

Qualifications:

CSCS card and ideally a SSSTS.

NOTE:

We are open to look at candidates that haven’t necessarily got management experience this is something we could train if the enthusiasm to learn is there.
