Are you a creative graphic designer passionate about content creation and visual storytelling?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Manchester team in this hybrid role, offering the flexibility of two days from home and three days in the office. Our open-plan head office is in Manchester, just a five-minute walk from Salford Central train station.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for designing and creating and editing high-quality visual content across digital platforms. Alongside assisting with daily social uploads, you’ll shoot and edit both short and long-form videos, capturing everything from office culture to events and behind the scenes moments.

What You 'll Do:

Graphic Design & Video Editor:

  • Design branded visuals, illustrations, and marketing assets for social posts, campaigns, and internal use.
  • Edit and produce short and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or Final Cut Pro
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.

Content Shooting:

  • Shoot original content for both short-form clips (Instagram/ TikTok Reels) and long-form videos (YouTube, website, or event recaps).
  • Capture photos and videos, ensuring they are well composed and follow brand guidelines.
  • Incorporate dynamic transitions, effects, and captions to enhance visual appeal and latest social media trends.

Content Management:

  • Handle daily social uploads across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Optimise visual content for each platform, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Content management and scheduling across social media platforms will be a key part of the role, ensuring consistency and timely uploads.

You’ll be implementing the above across our portfolio of businesses, with support and the opportunity to lead your own team. You’ll also be provided with all the necessary equipment to get you up and running from day one.

What You 'll Need:

Experience:

  • Degree or previous experience in graphic design, content creation, and video editing (or a portfolio showcasing recent work).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong visual storytelling and design skills.
  • Ability to shoot and edit both short and long-form video content.
  • Organised, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects.

If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for design, content creation, and visual storytelling, we want to hear from you.
