You’ll take ownership of the visual direction across web, email, social and print - ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence at every customer touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Lead all creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our brand vision and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leadership, Email Marketing, and Advertising teams to produce high-impact assets that meet brief, stay on brand, and deliver results.
• Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in beauty, fashion, and e-commerce, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Mentor and develop a small team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to elevate their work and skills.
• Evaluate, critique and sign off on all creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment throughout.

What We 're Looking For

• 3+ years in a senior design role, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or fragrance.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive branding and impactful creative execution.
• A solid understanding of brand development and management.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills - you must be confident giving and receiving feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to creative direction and brand positioning.
