We are on the lookout for a proactive, full time, permanent Office Coordinator to join this growing team in Escrick. This is your chance to make a real impact, supporting various business functions while enjoying a healthy work-life balance with flexible hybrid working options.
As the Office Coordinator , you’ll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing office activities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.

Supporting all areas of the business, including field staff, with flexible administrative assistance.

Building strong client relationships by handling inquiries, generating quotes, and providing outstanding customer service.

Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.

Maintaining accurate records and databases, including personnel files and financial data.

Preparing professional reports, proposals, and presentations.

Collaborating with colleagues across departments to keep the business running smoothly.
The successful Office Coordinator will have:
- Proven experience in administration or office coordination roles.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy expertise, especially in MS Office applications.
- A self-motivated, trustworthy, and independent work ethic.
- Educated up to at least A-level (or equivalent); secretarial qualifications or degrees are a plus!
