ACF is a leading provider of linen and laundry services to the UK Hospitality sector. As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit a Production Manager, preferably with an engineering background, to join our busy, fast paced laundry in Glenrothes.
The Role:
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, team performance and equipment efficiency within our commercial laundry facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management - Lead, train and motivate the production team, ensuring targets are met whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Process Optimisation - Develop and implement strategies to improve production and efficiency
- Producing and analysing KPI’s
- Equipment Maintenance - Ensure all laundry equipment is maintained, troubleshoot breakdowns and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Health and Safety Compliance - Ensure safety protocols and industry regulations are met to create a secure and compliant workplace
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous production leadership roles
- A strong engineering/maintenance background
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Desire to succeed and become a key member of the organisation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £17.95 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
