About you

As an Assistant Project Manager your role primarily consists of supporting the Project Management team in the delivery of diverse projects of various size, across Residential projects. Based in London, you’ll be working on a hybrid basis with an experienced team of project professionals.

What does the role involve?

• You’ll be supporting on and getting exposure to ALL aspects of Project Management to progress your career, like:
• Meeting clients
• Supporting in the preparation of the brief and Employers Requirements.
• Producing the Project Execution Plans (PEP).
• Producing the risk registers/logs and risk workshop reviews.
• Supporting in value engineering reviews and workshops.
• Supporting in the production of the master programme and monitoring progress.
• As well as a lot more so you can become an expert in your field!
• You’ll work across the whole division, getting a great variety of teamwork, clients and projects
• Always trying to improve our social and environmental impact
• Embedding yourself as a Fulkers Person and learning the skills needed for future leadership here!

Requirements

• Recently graduated or due to graduate with a relevant degree or masters
• Interested in working towards Chartership
• Looking to gain technical knowledge in all main areas of Construction Project Management
• Confident and proactive approach to work and self-development
• Ability to effectively manage own time, tasks and meet deadlines
