Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within a planning role or relevant field.
• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
