The Role:

We are looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developer to further develop, lead and design our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for Sales.

You should have at least 2 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales related projects.

You will collaborate closely with our sales team to contribute to every stage of the solution lifecycle from project planning to ongoing support.

We are looking for either an on-site role or possibly a 2 day minimum on site hybrid role depending on circumstances and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand our sales process from end to end.
• Analyse client business needs and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that add value.
• Plan and execute CRM implementations while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and support Power Platform applications, including Power Apps Model-Driven, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other Microsoft apps, such as Outlook, Teams etc.
• Handle data integrations, migrations, and performance tuning for D365 systems.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and working with SQL databases.
• Experience with Power Apps, Updating Forms, Views & Creating Columns (known as fields)
• Closely work with management team to design management dashboards for reporting.
• Essential Skills & Experience:
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, extensibilities, and solution design.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales) CRM development and customisation.
• Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure Data factory & Power Automate).
• Hands on experience with Power Bi Dashboard design and deployment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with data integration and migration projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI Reporting
• GitHub & Jira experience is desirable but not essential
• Any experience with Project management is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
