This role provides administrative support across various business functions while offering a clear career pathway into sales. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day office management, documentation, and coordination, gradually taking on sales process-related responsibilities such as financial reporting and accounting. This position is ideal for a proactive individual looking to further their career and gain experience supporting with the sales process.

Our Administrative Assistant will:

  • Carry out general administrative tasks and support to the management team as directed.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain financial records and digital filing systems, including invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain sales and financial reports and dashboards.
  • Track key sales metrics.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience with exposure to the sales process is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid Category B Driving Licence.
  • Proficiency in finance, accounting or sales software (preferred).
