HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
North Highland are working with one of our key customers and you will be joining an existing team of NH Consultant’s. As an experienced Technical Programme Manager you will help drive the execution of product solutions across multiple technical domain areas. You will primarily oversee various stages of the product development life-cycle and programme of work, working collaboratively with the Engineering, Product and leadership teams. You will have a hands-on approach, combined with strong technical and supplier management experience. Furthermore, you will also play a key role in shaping and coaching the Technical Programme Management team for future success.
IDEALLY, WE 'D LIKE:
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager in a Consulting environment.
- Experience working across multiple technical domains including software development etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels across technical and non- technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and be commercially astute.
DESIRABLE:
- Consulting experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Duration: Initial 3 months Inside IR35 contract
- Hybrid Working pattern: 2 days on site in the London office
