Securcom Systems is a leading electrical contractor within the agricultural & poultry sector. Covering Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and surrounding counties, we are now looking for a Trainee Electrical Project Manager to join our team.

Role: We are seeking someone to accompany our existing project managers on multiple projects this year and into 2026. This is an ideal role for someone who has recently completed their electrical training and wishes for more of an officed based role or an engineer looking to move on to the next step in their career to fully train into Project Management. The role will be a mixture of office and site-based works and will be working alongside our existing team who will be giving guidance and specialist training ensuring you develop into a technical expert in this industry.

You will be tasked with liaising with clients to understand their needs and assisting with all projects large and small. You will be given your own jobs to handle and deliver, supported by the senior team.

Typical Duty 's:

• Dealing with customers’ requirements on a daily basis and planning installation works with our operations Manager.

• Be responsible in assisting on design and delivering electrical projects to tight deadlines and budgets.

• Planning and ordering all materials and managing timescales of delivery.

Skills:

• To be dependable and enthusiastic with a commitment to learning from the senior team.

• Excellent time management.

• Good communication skills with both customers and engineers.

• Good computer literacy with the ability to understand excel & word documents.

• Ability to work and adapt to different projects that we cover in the agriculture/industrial sector.

The ideal candidate will need to have the below trade required qualifications:

• 18th Edition

• NVQ Level 3

• Full UK Driving License

• Hours are 0800-1630 40hours.

• Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year dependant on experience.
