Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional service at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers following standard recipes - Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Upsell additional items and promote special offers to increase revenue - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations - Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required - Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery Skills: - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions and inventory management - Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively - Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Knowledge of food safety practices within a hospitality setting - Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology - Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
