As a security resourcing and recruitment provider, people are at the heart of everything we do. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsible for driving recruitment efforts to place skilled security personnel with our high-profile clients, this is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you’ll handle everything from new business development to talent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating terms, and managing client relationships. Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job brief through to interview, offer, and placement. You’ll negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with security-focused businesses, from large corporations to specialist security firms, both remotely and face-to-face. Understand client needs and deliver top-tier candidates who match their requirements.
• Work to expand your client base by identifying new opportunities and developing a pipeline of potential business. Engage with prospective clients and pitch the benefits of using our recruitment services in the security industry.
• Proactively source and headhunt skilled security professionals, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications, experience, and culture fit for your clients. This includes managing the full candidate experience, from initial contact to final placement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarking, and regulatory changes to provide value-added services to clients and candidates alike. Share insights and expert advice to help clients build strong security teams.
• Work alongside other consultants and senior team members to share best practices, contribute to business development strategies, and ensure success as part of a high-performing team.
• Work alongside our screening and compliance team to ensure that all staff comply with the company and client’s requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Data Protection requirements
• Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems

Role requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role. Previous experience in the security sector is a plus, but not essential
• A driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to progress within the recruitment industry. You’ll be eager to meet and exceed targets while helping clients find the right talent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential. You’ll need to build rapport quickly with both clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• The security sector can be fast-moving, with changing requirements. You’ll need to thrive in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to client needs and market demands in a calm and diligent manner.
• A strong desire to succeed, with a focus on achieving personal and team goals. A competitive nature is key to performing well in this role.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
