As a Receptionist you will work within our strong and supportive team ensuring the delivery of the highest level of customer care to our guests. As you will often be the first and last people that guests meet, it is vital that you ensure a warm, welcoming experience and thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a high attention to detail and be responsible for ensuring a clean and organised workspace, delivering excellent communication and administration services, particularly when dealing with all guests’ queries.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Good interpersonal and written communication
• Passion for Customer Service
• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, including retail sales
• Beauty/Spa knowledge would be advantageous alongside gaining product knowledge
• Ability to remain calm and deal with situations in a professional manner
• Fluent English
• Ability to juggle workload and be flexible
• Attention to detail, including a high standard of personal presentation
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
• Be friendly, approachable, and professional
• Computer literate, experience using TryBe software is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Shift Patterns:

Part time working over a 4 week rolling rota including some weekends. Shifts will fall between 8.00am and 6.30pm and one later twilight shift 1pm-9.30pm per month. Your working hours will include weekends, public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, utilising computer systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Provide information about spa services and promotions, enhancing guest experience through effective communication.
• Address guest enquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception and Spa area, contributing to the overall hospitality of the spa.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
