This is a career enhancing opportunity for a strategic, customer focused and dynamic leader to join our collaborative Executive Management Team, leading an ambitious investment programme whilst also ensuring that our development programme meets our future needs. Our new Executive Director will have accountability for the delivery of key aspects of our Homes Strategy, and also be responsible for ensuring that ForLiving (our PRS/commercial team) achieves its strategic objectives.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and collaborative senior leader from social housing or a directly comparable environment. Extensive experience of leading development, growth or investment teams will be essential, and you will be seeking a role with strategic leadership responsibility as an Executive Director beyond your specific teams across a customer focused organisation.
