ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. After branching out into Selfridges and following success with our own pop-up shops in the past, we are now excited to announce we are moving into Retail Stores of our own.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Head of Retail Operations you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving an exceptional customer experience, leading a high performing team and achieving financial and operational targets. You will play a vital role in driving sales and engaging customers with our products.

Requirements
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including team schedules, inventory control, and customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive working environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained at all times, addressing customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and efficient stock management.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote a strong customer service ethos.
- Collaborate with the Head Office to implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication within the store team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Essential Experience and Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of current trends in athleisure wear.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
