Summary

This is a dual role.

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative / Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Northstar Global Express Ltd.

You will be primarily managing the day to day sales order and quoting process for one of our clients. Duties to include as listed below.

You will also be responsible for the day to day accounting process, for both credit control and purchase ledger.

Responsibilities - Sales Support

Customer Interaction:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Providing information about products, services, and pricing.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Order Processing and Management:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Tracking order status and providing updates to customers.
  • Coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, shipping) to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities - Accounts Assistant

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Processing and recording financial transactions.
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.

Administrative Support:

  • Handling client and supplier inquiries.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Filing and organizing financial documents.
  • Using accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Monitoring and reconciling accounts to verify accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in Accounts ideal but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
