We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth. In this role, you will support revenue generation by managing relationships with key B2B clients, contributing to sales strategies, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within your portfolio. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Retention & Growth: Collaborate with the team to manage accounts effectively, ensuring high customer retention. Grow your portfolio of B2B clients, contributing to revenue generation through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work alongside senior team members to gather customer insights and contribute to the development of service solutions that align with market needs.
