Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The Treehouse Club is a forest school multi award winning nursery chain thats priority is our team and child wellbeing and development, we also have an online resource company selling natural resources for the education market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and leadership abilities, ensuring that our organisation runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial planning, cost control, and accounts payable, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Works to support the Directors to oversee Company operations, programs and the finance of the company.
- Planning and implementation - evaluation of programs and company investments for development and expansion.
- Manages the admin team that oversees administration of bookings, payments and setting management.
- Ensures the smooth running of the settings intake and management of payments, budget and payroll.
- Assists in overseeing, supporting and maintaining the implementation and delivery of operations, programs, services and activities that focus on company growth.
- Assists in the identification and evaluation of opportunities to improve program effectiveness to achieve goals and make recommendations and/or modifications to improve performance
- Participates in budget development and monitors and reports expenditures in adherence with budget and development opportunities.
- Aligns daily operations to meet strategy targets
- Ensures daily bank reconciliations of both accounts receivable and payable, as well as customer account management including any debt recovery.
Must have experience in:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing and reconciling payments
- Running and reconciling the monthly Payroll
- Reconciling the bank accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modelling experience. The ability to create bespoke solutions to specific scenarios is essential.
- Strong knowledge of other Microsoft office packages.
- Experience with XERO
The successful candidate must be a team player, but also able to work independently with high levels of problem solving initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
