The Role

We’re hiring a Web and Graphic Designer to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for producing impactful graphics, motion content, and illustrations for use across paid ads, emails, and websites. This is a hands-on role focused on turning briefs into design work that performs.

You’ll work closely with our Paid Media, Email and SEO teams to support campaign objectives like increasing conversion rates, improving engagement, and keeping assets aligned with each brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging static graphics, illustrations, and motion content using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Design visual assets for Meta Ads, websites, and email campaigns
• Produce video content and animations for digital marketing
• Implement emotion-baiting frameworks to drive audience engagement
• Create storyboards and concept visualisations for client approval
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Email and SEO teams
• Optimise assets for different platforms and technical requirements
• Stay current with design trends and techniques

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional design experience creating both static and motion graphics
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Experience designing visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Creative ability to implement designs that drive engagement and conversions
• Commercial awareness with efficient project delivery
• Excellent time management skills across multiple design projects
• Collaborative approach with strong communication skills

What We Offer

• £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
