Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in creating delightful culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and willing to deliver a high standard of cooking and preparation whilst working within a team.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

Capable of solely running a section during busy service

Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create seasonal new menus and contribute creative ideas that fit with the restaurant aesthetic
Skills

Proficient in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating

Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional service to customers

Previous experience in a restaurant serving fresh produce is essential

Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with good written and verbal communication

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
