Job Title: Contract Administrator

Responsible to: Operation Administration Manager

Due to recent business expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join our team the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, customer orientated and take pride in their work.

As a Contract Administrator at DM Integrated Limited, you will be dealing with your own client base, and this position will also offer administrative support for our Service Department. Candidates looking to apply will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Applicants will possess excellent customer service and telephone manner, and will be able to work well as part of the existing team. Answer any enquiries regarding client contracts.

Essential Requirements

  • Run engineer and revisit reports to progress the status of Jobs
  • Ordering parts for Jobs
  • Producing quotes for Jobs
  • Reporting stats and KPIS of Jobs
  • To always provide the highest possible standard of customer care and support
  • Confident telephone manner with prompt and accurate administration skills.
  • To escalate appropriately any problems or difficulties experienced with any aspect of system operation or procedure
  • Working with spreadsheets, updating Call records
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude, using your initiative to be able to work as part of a team and be able to priorities your daily duties according to business needs.
  • Support administration and development of internal processes
  • Provide cover and support for help desk

Skills

  • Good IT skills and proficient in Excel
