Barnardo’s is looking for a Customer Service Assistant, , based in or around Rugby, to support our growing E-Commerce team! You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries via eBay messages , our online shop , and store colleagues , ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Responding to customer queries on eBay and online platforms
✔ Supporting store colleagues with online sales processes
✔ Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
