Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Cheltenham Office

As our Junior Graphic Designer, what you do will help tell our story, build our brand, and create meaningful visuals that support our growth and our community of partner retailers.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our fun, friendly, and hardworking team. You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Executive and wider marketing team to design digital and print assets - from social media graphics and landing pages to POS materials and campaign visuals. What We 're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a design role (in-house or agency) or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• A good grasp of design fundamentals – layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience creating graphics for social media, email, web, and print
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for consistency and branding
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a bonus (but not essential)
• 3D modelling with programs such as Blender is a bonus (but not essential)

What You 'll Be Doing:

• Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, and website content
• Create print materials including brochures, flyers, POS, and event assets
• Support the Brand team in maintaining and evolving visual brand consistency
• Assist with content for partners (e.g. co-branded assets, marketing kits)
• Collaborate on creative concepts for new campaigns and product launches
• Help manage and update design templates and brand asset libraries
• Work on internal materials to support wider team initiatives
• Support occasional ad hoc requests from across the business

The Details

• Salary: £23k+ depending on experience
• Hours: 37hrs a week
• Holiday: 22 days + BH rising to 30 with service
• Location: Cheltenham + remote hybrid flexibility
