We save skiers time by bringing 1000’s of website searches into a few simple clicks on the Iglu Ski site - The home of ski holidays.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and team, driving acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on, all-round marketing leadership role, perfect for someone with a growth mindset, CRM & first-party data expertise, and startup experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy, managing a small but talented team, and working closely with other departments to drive performance.
We’re looking for someone who not only understands traditional and digital marketing but also keeps an eye on the horizon–leveraging new technologies, AI-driven efficiencies, and automation to enhance customer journeys and marketing performance. You’ll have experience working with composable tools, ensuring flexibility and scalability in our tech stack.
The person:
- Proven experience in a Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing, or senior marketing role.
- Strong background in CRM, first-party data strategies, and customer retention.
- Understanding of SEO and Technical SEO
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-moving environment.
- A hands-on approach–comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing efficiencies, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with composable tools to create scalable and flexible marketing solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working across multi-channel marketing, including digital, performance, and content marketing.
- GA4 and reporting experience ideally across saas products and bespoke reporting systems
