You won’t just be delivering training; you’ll be an architect of careers, guiding managers from their first day at Provenance through a lifelong journey of success. Every program you create will reflect the heart of our culture, rooted in passion for great Yorkshire hospitality, and will ensure that every manager walks away with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive in our business.

What You 'll Do:

  • Design and lead our Manager in Training (MIT) program–transforming promising candidates into inspiring leaders who drive our culture and business growth.
  • Be a vocal ambassador for Provenance, whether it’s engaging with the community, creating innovative initiatives, or elevating the guest and team experience both on the ground and across social channels.
  • Welcome new managers with an unforgettable Orientation Day, setting the tone for an exciting, impactful career at Provenance.
  • Collaborate with our Head of People to identify training needs and craft personalized action plans for managers at every level of their journey.
  • Develop and deliver masterclasses and training sessions that set our managers and teams up for continued growth and success in their roles.

Elevate Talent and Inspire Excellence

  • Continuously refine training initiatives based on feedback and evolving needs, ensuring our programs stay ahead of the curve and our managers stay engaged.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching, helping managers refine their skills, elevate their performance, and lead with confidence.
  • Ensure all managers and team are aligned with their learning goals by supporting them in completing online training modules and offering guidance along the way.
  • Foster a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement, helping teams turn insights into action and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Enhance Guest Experience and Operational Excellence

  • Lead by example when it comes to delivering exceptional guest service and embodying the essence of Great Yorkshire Hospitality.
  • Dive into guest feedback, analyse trends, and refine our training programs to ensure we consistently exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with management teams to build tailored training paths for MITs, focusing on individual learning needs while meeting the goals of the business.
  • Support performance reviews, probation meetings, and recruitment strategies to ensure that we’re building strong teams that align with our values.
