About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Part-time Legal Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator) to join our dynamic Private Client team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career.
This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 25 hours per week, over 5 days.
What this role would include
- To provide exceptional and proactive administrative support to the legal teams.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide a client focused service to both our clients and legal advisers.
- Checking, amending and the formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Compiling confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisers.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

- An administration background and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
