About the role

The post holder manages, edits and creates high-quality metadata using internationally recognised standards to enhance access to UCL’s print collections via Explore, the UCL Library catalogue. The post holder also contributes data to shared databases and catalogues, for example, ESTC, to promote access to wider audiences. The post holder works with both UCL Special Collections, whose material is mainly housed at the National Archives, Kew, and with modern collections housed at the UCL Library Services Store in Wickford, Essex.
