Avantis Performance are hiring a full-time experienced Project Management Consultant to deliver outstanding project delivery services to our clients and help build an exceptional consulting company from the ground up.

So, what are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with proven consultancy experience in the UK defence or public sector and with a broad skill set who can demonstrate expertise across one or more (preferably a few) of our capability areas:

• Business Analysis, Systems, and Test
• Project, Programme, and Portfolio Delivery
• People and Change
• Decision Support (Business Cases, Options, and Cost Analysis)

Desired experience level is SFIA Grade 4-5, with Enable, Ensure, and Advise skill sets (https://sfia-online.org/en/sfia-9/responsibilities).

You will be required to work remotely as well as travel to client sites as required for the role. Current sites are in the South and Southwest of England.

Salary

As a small business we still believe we can offer a competitive salary, and we are happy to name a range. However, as we are open to range of experience and skills, our salary range also reflects that approach. We believe a salary of between £40,000 and £55,000 per annum is reflective of the skill levels we are currently looking for.
