Overview:
Working in a busy quality management consultancy, assisting the Director. Working predominantly from home with a weekly face to face meeting.
Main Duties:
- Diary management for all Consultants
- Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Creating quotations and invoices
- Updating and proof reading client documents
- Filing and shredding of client documents
- Providing assistance with posting updates on LinkedIn and assisting with winning new business
Skills & Experience:
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills
- Pro-active thinker
- Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft package (word / excel / PowerPoint)
- At least 1 year working in an administration role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio / flowcharting software would be an advantage
- Experience of the Xero accounting software would be an advantage
- Experience of working in quality control or compliance would be an advantage
- An understanding of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 would be advantageous
Qualifications:
- Minimum of C / 4 Grade G.C.S.E in English and Maths
- NVQ or equivalent in office admin skills
Working hours & Salary:
This is a part-time position, 6 hours per week, potentially increasing to 10 hours within 12 months.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
