About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, order processing, and customer service support. You will work closely with both staff and clients to maintain a professional and well-functioning office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide internal sales support , including order processing and clerical tasks.
- Manage customer enquiries , correspondence, and filing.
- Answer phone calls professionally with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist the team with various administrative duties to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Starting Salary is Dependant on Experience and is negotiable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
