About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to oversee and manage a dynamic team responsible for processing settlement flows, ATM cash reconciliation, and treasury functions across multiple EU countries. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily settlement processing and reconciliations across multiple EU countries and payment schemes (Visa, LINK, Discover, etc.).
- Manage cash flow forecasting, banking controls, and expenses.
- Oversee ATM cash positions, NSA borrowing, and vault reconciliations.
- Ensure SOX compliance, audit requirements, and Blackline reconciliations are met.
- Lead a high-performing finance operations team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvements in reconciliation processes, automation, and system enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years ’ experience in a similar treasury or finance operations role.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team.
- Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., Sage X3 ).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in financial services or ATM/cash cycle management (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
