Position: Quality Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
Location: Amersham

CNC Precision currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Amersham.
Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, we are hoping to recruit at least one additional Quality Engineer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory’s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.
You will be responsible for: - Engineer
1.Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
2.Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
3.Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
4.Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
5.Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
6.Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
7.Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
8.Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
9.Review current blueprints and quality documentation
10.Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
11.Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

Experience/Qualifications - Engineer
1.Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
2.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
3.In-depth understanding of technical documentation
4.Familiarity with statistical analysis
5.Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
6.Team spirit
7.Good analytical skills
