Should you apply?

• 2-5 years previous supervisory experience in high volume FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP, GMP, BRC
• Experience with audits, compliance and regulatory requirements in the food industry.

Duties:

• Overseeing the Quality & Hygiene Department, the people within, with responsibility for site food safety and quality, relevant systems policies, procedures and equipment.
• Leading audits, complaints and generally being the onsite Food safety and quality point of contact.
• Responsible for end-to-end food safety and quality by supporting operations at each critical stage.
• Champion industry best practices and promote the introduction of new technologies, where applicable.
