Exciting Opportunity: Head Chef Needed for Our Production Kitchen
We are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our bustling production kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and creative culinary professional to oversee all aspects of our food production operations.
About the Role:
As the Head Chef of our Production Kitchen, you will be responsible for managing all food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations in our high-volume facility. In this senior leadership role, your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing delicious, high-quality recipes and menus that align with brand standards and meet customer expectations.

Leading a team of skilled line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen assistants to ensure efficient, organised, and safe food production.

Adhering to strict food safety and quality control protocols to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Forecasting ingredient and equipment needs, managing inventory, and overseeing food cost controls.

Collaborating with culinary and operations teams to continuously improve kitchen processes and output.

Providing hands-on cooking and training to elevate the skills of the kitchen staff.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labour regulations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, passionate, and innovative chef with a proven track record in a high-volume production kitchen environment. You should possess:

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary leadership role.

Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and inventory management.

Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

A commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Culinary creativity and a knack for developing delicious, on-trend recipes.

Familiarity with production kitchen equipment and technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
