We are currently seeking a dynamic Financial Director to join our senior leadership team at Diverse Commercial Solutions Ltd. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional who is eager to make an impact on our company’s long-term growth and success.

As the Financial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making at the highest levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and vision.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, implementing strategies to optimise resources and mitigate risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative environment for growth and development.
• Provide financial insights and reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the company remains fully compliant with UK tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry best practices.
• Partner with other departments to identify financial performance drivers and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a successful proven history in similar roles
• Experienced in using Xero, Fathom and other similar accounting software.
• A proven track record of leadership within a financial management role, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• A deep understanding of UK tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience within the facilities Management sector is a plus, but not essential.

Salary

£55,000.00- £65,000.00 depending on experience.
