As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality features to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product and engineering, enjoys planning and organizing work, can effectively manage stakeholder expectations and strives to deliver high-value improvements for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and manage feature delivery.
• Collaborate with client implementation teams to ensure smooth rollouts and align expectations.
• Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear and well-defined.
• Support cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear initiatives/features that resonate with our engineering teams and our stakeholders.
• Build growth by identifying areas of improvements to increase quality and reduce time to delivery
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and facilitate communication between teams.
• Support the product management team in executing the broader product roadmap.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with a great level of accountability & autonomy.
• Experience working with engineering teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• A problem-solver mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
• Fast learner, data-driven decision-making and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced / changing environment
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or working with implementation teams is a plus.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and/or credit institutions is a plus
