Culligan Harvey is part of Culligan International – a global water treatment company providing solutions for homes, offices and commercial purposes. It is the UK market leader in domestic water softeners and a key household brand within the Culligan Group, having doubled sales over the past five years. Working as part of our marketing team, the SEO Specialist will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
What this role involves:
- Leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track and optimize SEO performance.
- Conducting competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable traffic growth.
- Translating complex SEO data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proactively identifying and resolve site performance issues, indexation errors, and crawl inefficiencies using Siteimprove and other tools.
- Collaborating with developers to implement best practices for site speed, structured data, and mobile usability.
- Driving a long-term SEO content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Regularly auditing the backlink portfolio to identify broken or harmful links.
- Conducting competitor backlink analysis to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Ensuring mobile responsiveness & fast loading speeds across all devices.
- Regularly optimizing existing content using keyword insights and internal linking strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and content production for consumer brands.
- Experienced managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Skilled in identifying, managing and developing impactful influencer campaigns.
- Creating great content that shares consumer experiences and reflects the brand character through user generated content
- Creative Mind – hands on experience with tools like Canva to create stunning visuals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Experienced in managing agencies, videographers and photographers to develop content shoots.
- Extensive experience managing SEO across multiple websites in both B2C and B2B.
