As Bar Tender you help deliver our key product at The Dark Horse Terrace. We want you to share our passion, understand our niche and aim for the same goal. To achieve it together, you must demonstrate and exemplify our core values as a member in our bar team. You are essential to delivering the experience we want our customers to have.

Your responsibilities

Personal Conduct :

• Support bar team leadership.

• Fulfill daily bar operations requirements with positivity.

• Demonstrate our core values at all times.

• Be an exceptional example of bar tending for your fellow team mates.

• Dedicate yourself to personal progression through a structured development program.

• Embrace the outdoor, garden vibe.

Operations:

• Fulfill daily bar operations tasks, including but not limited to:

○ Bar opening and closing tasks, such as re-stocking, prep and cleaning down.

○ In-shift bar service, such as preparing drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organised section, managing orders, re-stocking, and cleaning glassware.

○ Accordance with management instruction.

○ Accordance with compliance and health & safety requirements, especially allergens and dietary requirements.

○ Stock control.

○ Equipment cleaning and daily maintenance.

○ Correct use of restaurant platforms, such as All Gravy, Toast, Yumpingo.

• Assist achievement of KPI targets including labour, GP and reviews.

Product Quality and Knowledge:

• Ensure all guests experience world class drinks, and are treated with warmth and inclusivity.

• Support the delivery of excellent service and pizza.

• Maintain a good personal level of product knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.88-£13.37 per hour
