Ensuring exceptional project delivery, nurturing strong client relationships, maintaining robust infrastructures, and continuously elevating our service standards. What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, support and inspire consultants, engineers, and project managers.
  • Mentor the Infrastructure Team Lead, encouraging growth and accountability.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the board.

Project Delivery & Service Excellence

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of client projects, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and on point.
  • Ensure smooth running and proactive maintenance of client infrastructures.
  • Promote best practice project methodologies and uphold high standards through QA and risk management.

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Drive profitability and resource efficiency across both teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities, pricing, and contract scoping with commercial awareness.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

Client Relationships & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Conduct regular service and infrastructure reviews to uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Lead initiatives to automate, standardise, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (preferred), plus at least one MCP Server qualification.
  • ITIL 4 certified.
  • Recent Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent certifications.
  • Proven commitment to leadership and technical development.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong background leading Professional Services within an MSP or IT services setting.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365).
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Financially savvy, with a track record of delivering strong margins.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or PRINCE2 project frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a client-first approach.
  • Experience implementing QA processes and analysing performance metrics.
