Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR Administrator)

40 Hours - Permanent

Hybrid - 1 day a week from home.

£ 26500 - £28000

I thought so we’ve a great opportunity to join our compact & growing People & Culture team which going through an impressive transformation, embedding new technology and processes to build an immense TA function. As a key member of our growing team, you’ll not only be immersed in the exciting world of Talent Acquisition but also gain exposure to HR and Payroll functions, making this role a unique opportunity for multi-skilled individuals.

Reporting to the People Services Team Leader and partnering daily with the Talent Acquisition Lead you’ll ideally have experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, be obsessed with providing an awesome candidate experience, and meticulous with your attention to detail, ensuring the onboarding journey is as seamless as possible. You’ll be a great communicator being able to energise and engage with candidates and customers on a daily basis.

Oh… and you’ll be using some tech and different systems, such as our new & shiny ‘Applicant Tracking System’, but don’t stress, we’ll upskill you on all our systems.

Talent Acquisition

  • Arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers/partners and coordinating feedback.
  • Updating relevant data and information across our ATS and internal trackers, ensuring data accuracy & reporting back on issues.
  • Own the onboarding process such as job offers, digital checks, right to work etc for new colleagues, ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
  • Pre-screen candidates and coordinating initial assessments as required.
  • Ensure an impressive hiring manager experience through professional and timely communication.
  • Building the understanding of Talent Acquisition through the use of data and analytics.
  • Assist in the running of Talent Acquisition events including virtual careers fairs and in our offices.
  • Manage the invoice process related to external recruitment partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all recruiting tools and resources are kept up to date.
  • Support on a range of new Talent Acquisition projects to embed a culture of excellence in TA across eurochange.

General HR & Payroll

  • Support and assist the wider people services team as required with queries, actions, and tasks.
  • Assist when required with payroll inputting activities, handling ad hoc tasks with precision and attention to detail.

The stand-out qualities we 're seeking: ️

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, (experience in HR & Payroll is a bonus)
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with a positive attitude.
  • Keen interest in developing a broad skill set in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.
