ILM Highland are looking for an enegetic Senior Retail Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

  • To provide reception and administrative role, primarily within the retail department.
  • Have previouse retail sales experiance.
  • Uploading and managing ILMs Ecommerce sales platform.
  • Arrange for deliveries of purchased items.
  • Work with Business Development Manager in updating stock on social media.
  • Issuing of all PPE to staff.
  • To carryout administrative duties elsewhere in the company as required.

The successful applicant will require to:-

  • Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Have cash handling experience.
  • Cover all reception duties including telephone handling and customer contact.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and clients, either verbally, electronically or in writing.
  • Have a working knowledge of office 365.
  • Have a working knowledge of Lightspeed (previously Vend) till system or equivalent.
  • Organising the retail outlet on a daily basis.
  • Organising the purchase of new white goods.
  • Carryout a monthly stocktake of all stock.
  • Maintaining the correct level of new stock.
  • Maintaining stock records
  • Arrange for deliveries of purchased items.
  • Work with Workshop Manager to ensure repairs, installations are carried out in a timeously manner.
  • Organise all staff PPE.
  • Maintain records relating to PPE.
  • A flexability to work additional hours for holiday cover.
  • Take a flexible approach to other duties that may be reasonably expected, including assisting in other areas of the company if required.

The working hours are 9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour for lunch.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
