Position: Senior Graphic Designer / Design Director at Pulsio Ltd

Co-working office Location: WeWorkVictoria, Central London, UK.

Salary range: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + discretionary annual bonus.

Hybrid Work: At least 2 days in our office based in Victoria, London.

Hours: Full time flexible hours (40 hours).

About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious and creative Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership and elevate the brand’s online visual identity, playing a key part in our Website, packaging design and social graphic design.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone seeking high autonomy, significant creative influence, and the chance to shape the aesthetic direction of a leading brand in the fitness and wellness recovery industry.
You’ll lead the visual design execution and strategy across our website, work across digital campaigns, email templates, and static creatives, collaborating directly with the company founders to evolve and strengthen the brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute impactful design projects primarily using Figma and Adobe suits, ensuring compelling and engaging digital content across all platforms.
• Develop the Pulsio brand identity, enhancing our online aesthetic and brand voice to align with business growth and upcoming product launches.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and the sales teams to deliver cohesive, innovative designs including online static adverts, organic social media posts, product packaging design.
• Take a proactive role in shaping the overall design architecture strategy to amplify brand impact.
• Guide and consult internal teams, championing brand consistency and excellence in digital presentation.

Requirements and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience using Figma.
• At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce or premium consumer brands.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-level digital design skills and successful brand evolution projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage design projects from conception to final execution.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite, Microsoft suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in consulting and collaborating cross-functionally across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environments.
• Highly organised, able to meet design deadlines and a good eye for detail.
• An impressive portfolio of Graphic design/UX/UI work is essential. Applications without a portfolio showcasing relevant work cannot be considered.
